I’m having issues with the booking system, what should I do?
Our booking system is currently in the testing phase! If you have any issues or notice anything out of place, please call us on 02 4626 6222, we can book you in on the call!
My booking only goes for 5 minutes, is that correct?
Bookings indicate a “start time”, actual play time is between 45-60 minutes for most groups. 90+ mins for large groups
It’s completely booked out, can i still come in?
We absolutely allow walk-ins. However, if there isn’t a booking time available, we recommend calling to see where we can fit you in
My friends and I are bringing the kids down, there’s 4 adults and 4 kids but the adults aren’t playing. How many people do I pay for?
Booking sizes are for “players”. If you’re bringing the kids down and just want to watch, we wont charge you or include you in the booking
